By accessing and using our sourcing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right tomodify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

Service Description

We are a B2B sourcing agency specializing in:

• Product sourcing from verified Chinese manufacturers
• Quality control inspections and testing
• Logistics coordination and door-to-door delivery
• Custom product development and modifications
• Factory liaison and confidentiality services

Our services are designed for e-commerce sellers, private-label businesses, and wholesale buyers.

Client Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Be authorized to enter into binding agreements
• Possess a valid business registration (for B2B transactions)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country
• Provide accurate information during registration and throughout your engagement

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, and methodologies developed by us remain our property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Factory contacts and supplier relationships remain confidential and are not transferable. Clients may not reverse-engineer or directly contact factories on their own for the same or similar products without written consent and may be subject to contractual penalties.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary. For unresolved disputes, parties agree to arbitration under the laws of China or the jurisdiction where services were provided.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services to clients who:

• Violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay invoices within agreed terms
• Attempt to contact factories directly without authorization
• Breach confidentiality agreements
• Engage in illegal or unethical practices
